3. Participants who have special needs are encouraged to contact program organizers so that all reasonable efforts to accommodate these needs can be made.

4. Has a safe environment for the pursuit of learning for all students. 

5. Encourages varying points of view.

6. Will not deliberately suppress or distort subject matter or intentionally expose a student to embarrassment or disparagement.

7. Will not base any course work or instructor or teaching assistants’ interactions during instruction based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, military status, sexual orientation, or age.

8. Does not unfairly exclude any student from participation, denying benefits, or granting advantages.

Conflict of Interest

Instructors or Teaching assistants:

1. Will acknowledge any private financial gain regarding any product they may introduce to participants, before, during, or after any courses.

2. Will not participate in research owned by a family member in which they hold financial interests.

3. When a research study is performed regarding RNR™ therapy, it will be in accordance with the grant given and all the governing factors, including financial gain, bias, or other.

4. When a research study is involved, those participating in the study will be informed of any financial gain of the instructor/teaching assistant.

5. Subjects for any research study will follow the guidelines set forth in the study grant and will not be recruited for the study based upon relationships between an instructor/student, employer/employee, a colleague, or a subordinate.

6. RNR™ therapy instructor/teaching assistants will not be paid to promote any products given by a sponsor.

Joint Providership

A.  When joint sponsorship occurs:

1. Although the other party may agree to document the activities, RNR™ therapy as the BOC Approved Provider will be responsible for all record keeping; including but not limited to, sign in, addresses, license numbers, sign-out, timekeeping, certificates, evaluations, and exams.

2. Records will be kept for at least 5 years:

a. To use these records to verify attendance in case an Athletic Trainer requests a replacement certificate.

b.  To complete the annual report.

B. The BOC Approved Provider will use the following statement to identify the program as a BOC Approved Provider Program:

1. This program has been planned and implemented in accordance with the requirements and policies of the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer (BOC) through the joint sponsorship of RNR™ therapy and (name of non-BOC approved provider). RNR™ therapy is approved by the BOC to provide continuing education for Athletic Trainers.

2. All manual, audio-visual, and any program materials are the copyright or trademark of RNR™ therapy.

3. Exception is the excerpts taken from the book, Soft-Tissue Manipulation by Leon Chaitow, N.D., D.O. Written request was asked of the publisher to use this information. Permission was granted and is on file.

4. Any faculty member instructing RNR™ therapy courses must obtain written permission to use materials.

5. Any additional materials utilized that are not part of RNR™ therapy will have an acknowledgment as to the ownership of said materials.

RNR™ therapy, BOC AP#: P2686 is approved by the Board of Certification, Inc. to provide continuing education to Athletic Trainers (ATs). Course programs are eligible for a maximum of Category A hours/CEUs. ATs should claim only those hours actually spent in the educational program.
